5 Creating waves

1 Start near the hair roots and take a 2-3cm hair strand. Place the strand of
hair between the heating plates (
).
2 To create outward waves, turn the straightener outwards so that the hair
flips over the straightener.
3 Pull the hair tips over the straightener so that it is pointing towards the
ground. Hold the cool tip for support.
4 Gently and slowly slide the straightener downwards until you reach the
hair ends.
5 Use your fingers to give the hair a bit of a twist after releasing.
