Install a new battery or replace the depleted wireless mouse
battery. Ensure that there are no obstacles between the mouse
and the transceiver connected to one of the TV’s USB ports and
these are located within “line of sight” from each other. Replace
the wireless mouse if necessary

- Ensure there are no connection problems on the part of the
Provider:
• Try opening the yandex.ru website in a smartphone or
computer. If there is no access, restart the router. If this
does not help, contact your provider.
• Connect the TV to mobile Internet via your smartphone. If
the TV connects and stably operates with a mobile Internet
connection, then the Wi-Fi connection problem is probably
related to your provider.
- The Wi-Fi connection should be stable for proper TV operation.
Place the smartphone neat the TV and check the connection
signal strength. If the indicator shows less than half of the
maximum strength, move the TV closer to the router or connect
it with a cable (see “Re-Connect to the Internet”).
- Restart the TV (see “Restart or Turn Off the TV”).
- Set up the Internet connection once again (see “Restart or
Turn Off the TV”)
