Touch Settings > About phone > System Update to view your phone's version.
OTA updates
When a new system update is released, you will be prompted to download and
install the latest version. Select OTA update for quick and secure updates.
Ensure that your phone is connected to the Internet before updating. Connect to
a Wi-Fi network before updating to avoid incurring data charges. In addition,
ensure that your phone has sufficient battery power remaining.
Settings > About phone.
1 Open
2 Touch System Update. Your phone will automatically check for updates.
3 Touch Download when you detect the update package.
4 After the download is complete, the mobile phone will automatically install the
upgrade package.
The update process may take a while to complete. Your phone can be updated in
the background and you can use it normally in the meantime (please don't turn it
off). After the update is complete, restart the mobile phone as prompted. After the
update is complete, a message indicating that the upgrade succeeds will be
displayed.
