Groups

You can use groups to organize your contacts. Options may vary by service provider.

Create a group

Create your own contact groups.

1. From
Contacts, tap Groups.

2. Tap
Create, and then tap fields to enter information about the group:

• Group name: Enter a name for the new group.

• Group ringtone: Customize the sounds for the group.

• Add member: Select contacts to add to the new group, and then tap Done.

3. Tap Save.

Group options

Send an email to members of a group.

1. From
Contacts, tap Groups, and then tap a group.

2. Tap More options for the following:

• Select: Choose contacts from the group to move, share or delete.

• Edit group: Rename the group, change the group ringtone and add or remove

members.

• Delete group: Choose to delete the group and contacts or just the group.

• Send message: Send a text message to all members of a group.

• Send email: Send an email to all members of a group.
