• For indoor use only.
• Do not store the appliance outdoors.
• Store the appliance in a dry place inaccessible to children (pack the appliance).
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a
repair shop authorized by the manufacturer or by similarly qualified persons
in order to avoid a hazard.
• When the appliance is not in use, remove the essential oil bottle from the
appliance and close it with the relevant lid.
• Prior to any maintenance, cleaning and after each use, switch off the appli-
ance and unplug the mains cable from the socket.
• Repairs to electrical appliances must only be carried out by a qualified elec-
trical technician.
• WARNING: Only use the USB cable provided by the manufacturer. Use only
an external supply with the following specifications: DC 5 V / 2 A.
• Ensure that the appliance is placed on a surface that is resistant to moisture
and fragrances (e.g. avoid parquet, wood, marble or other sensitive materials).
Setting up / operation
1. Place Ella in the desired position on a flat surface. Connect the USB-C
cable (1) to the appliance (10) and connect the cable to a suitable power
source (PC, external battery, USB socket or to a suitable socket via a power
adapter with 2 A/5 V). When the appliance is used for the first time, the
battery must be charged by connecting the appliance to a power source for
at least 4 h. When the battery is fully charged, the battery charge status
LED (11) will go out. If the LED starts to flash, the battery is almost dead
