• To turn on the Kettle, set the Power ON/OFF Key (6)
to «I», the ON/OFF Key (6) indicator will light up.
CAUTION! To avoid burns by hot steam, do not lean
over the Spout (2).
• Once water starts boiling, the Kettle will turn off
automatically and the ON/OFF Key (6) indicator will
turn off. Pour out the water and repeat the water
boiling procedure several times.
• It is not recommended to consume the hot water
obtained from the initial boiling; you can use it for
household purposes.
USING THE ELECTRIC KETTLE
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
• To switch the kettle on, set the ON/OFF button (6) to
the position «I», the ON/OFF button (6) indicator will
light up.
• Once water starts boiling, the kettle will be switched
off automatically and the indicator in the ON/OFF
button (6) will go out.
• Before removing the kettle from the base (7), make
sure that the kettle is switched off, the ON/OFF
button (6) is in the position «0».
• After switching the kettle off, wait for 15-20 seconds,
then you can switch it on again for re-boiling.
• If you need to switch the kettle off, set the power
switch (6) to the position «0».
• If you accidentally switched the kettle on, but the
water level appeared to be below the minimal mark,
the automatic thermal switch will be on and the kettle
will switch off.
• Unplug the kettle and let it cool down for 10-15
minutes, then fill the kettle with water and switch it
on, the kettle will operate in normal mode.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning unplug the kettle, pour out water and
let the kettle cool down.
• Wipe the outer surface of the flask (1) with a slightly
damp cloth and then wipe the flask (1) dry. Use soft
detergents to remove dirt; do not use metal sponges,
abrasive detergents and solvents.
• Place the Base (7) of the Kettle on a solid steady
flat and non-slippery non-metallic surface away from
heat sources and as far away from any edge of the
surface as possible.
• Make sure that the ON/OFF Key (6) is always
accessible and is not obstructed by foreign objects.
• Make sure that the Kettle is turned off, with the Power
On/Off button (6) set to position «0».
• To fill the Kettle with water, grasp the Kettle Handle
(5), remove it from the Base (7), take the Lid Handle
(4), and remove the Lid (3).
• Fill the Kettle with water not exceeding the maximum
«MAX» mark on the water gauge located on the inner
surface of the Kettle Jug (1).
• Place the Lid (3) back in position and set the filled
Kettle on the Base (7).
