After some time, the kettle will heat water up to 100 ºC. When the required temperature is reached, the kettle will
switch off automatically and indicator light will go off.
TEMPERATURE RANGE
To make the tea save its useful natural qualities and aroma, it is recommended to make it with water of a certain
temperature:
Temperature brewing herbal infusions 40 °C
Temperature of brewing white tea 70 °C
Temperature of brewing green tea 70-80°C
Temperature of brewing oolong 80-90 °C
Temperature brewing red tea 90 °C
Temperature steeping of PU-erh 100 °C
There is a function of choosing temperature range of water heating in this kettle
To set up required temperature after filling the kettle in with water and placing it on the base unit, you can select
one of the values: 40 °С, 70 °С, 80 °С, 90 °С with help of +/- button, the indicator of chosen temperature will light
on the panel.
After you chose the required temperature, press the on/off button on the control panel.
You will hear the sound and the light indicator inside the kettle will light.
When the selected temperature is reached, you will hear a double beep, the indicator inside the kettle will light up
with the corresponding color.
40 ºC – green illumination
70 ºC - blue illumination
80 ºC - purple illumination
90 ºC – yellow illumination
The appliance starts heating the water
When the temperature is reached 100 °C, the kettle will switch off automatically, you will hear two sounds and
light indicator inside the kettle will go off.
TEMPERATURE MAINTENANCE
There is a function of temperature maintenance in this kettle
To activate this function, after the kettle switches off, press the power button for 3 seconds.
The water in the kettle will keep chosen temperature within 2 hours, the light indicator inside the kettle will be
lightning with corresponding color during all this time and the indicator of chosen temperature will blink on the
control panel.
The water temperature in the kettle in the mode of maintaining the temperature can vary from + 5 to-5 degrees,
depending on the selected mode.
To switch off the temperature maintenance function press on/off button on the control panel
SWITCHING ON AGAIN
If the kettle has been switched off automatically, it can be switched on again after cooling for 15-20 seconds.
CARE AND CLEANING
Open the lid and pour out the water through the orifice.
Always remove the plug from the socket and let the appliance cool down completely.
Clean the outside of the kettle and the base unit with a soft damp cloth, then wipe with a dry cloth. Do not use
any abrasive materials.
Remove scale regularly, using special descaling agents, available at the market, following given instructions.
FILTER CLEANING
Remove the filter out of the kettle.
Place it under a jet of water and rub gently with a soft brush (not included).
Return the filter to its place.
STORAGE
Switch off and unplug the appliance; let it entirely cool.
Complete all requirements of Chapter CLEANING AND CARE.
The cord can be wrapped around the base area for storage.
Keep the appliance in a dry cool place.
The symbol on the unit, packing materials and/or documentations means used electrical and electronic units
should not be toss in the garbage with ordinary household garbage. These units should be pass to special
receiving point.
