The machine cannotbe switchedon.
Check ifthe power plugis correctly pluggedinto amains
power socket. Ifyes, check your electricity supply.
Ifthe machine still cannotbe switchedon, call the
NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® hotline. For the hotline numbers
see "Machine Hotlines".

The beverage is splashingoutofthe coffee outlet.
Press the start/stopbuttonto stopthe preparation. Pull out
the capsule holder. Putthe usedcapsule inthe dustbin.
Cleanthe capsule holder. Insertanew capsule inthe
capsule holder andinsertitback into machine.
