Steam doesn’t
froth milk
You used skimmed
milk
Use only whole milk with fat
content 4-6%

Milk is not cold
enough
No voltage in the
mains socket.
The cappuccinator
pipe is blocked
The coffee
maker can't be
switched on
Make sure that the mains
socket is operating by
connecting a known good
electric appliance to it.
Clean the cappuccinator
pipe and the cappuccinator
lid (see the chapter
«CLEANING THE
CAPPUCCINATOR»)
The power plug is not
completely inserted
into the socket
Disconnect the power plug
and connect it into the
socket
The water tray is full
Pour out water from the tray
