13.11 Grill mode
The grill mode is suitable for thin slices of meat, steaks, chops, kebabs, sausages and
pieces of chicken and especially for gratinating food..
Please note
► In this mode the system selects the highest power setting for the grill.
1. In standby mode, press Grill/Combi button once.
2. Set the required time by turning the rotary knob accordingly. The maximum cooking
time is 95 minutes.
3. Press the Start / Quick start button to start the operation.
13.12 “Microwave and Grill” mode
This function allows you to employ combination microwave cooking and grilling with two
different settings.
Please note
The system selects the highest power level for the grill in this operating mode.
13.12.1 “Combination 1”
In this operating mode, the device works in microwave mode for 30% of the cooking time
and in grill mode for 70% of the cooking time.
1. In standby mode, press Grill/Combi button twice, to choose „Co-1“.
2. Set the required time by turning the rotary knob accordingly. The maximum cooking
time is 95 minutes.
3. Press the Start / Quick start button to start the operation.
13.12.2 “Combination 2”
In this operating mode, the device works in microwave mode for 55% of the cooking time
and in grill mode for 45% of the cooking time.
1. In standby mode, press Grill/Combi button three times, to choose „Co-2“. The
remaining operation is identical with the operating mode “Combination 1”
described above.
13.13 Rapid defrost based on time
1. In standby mode, press Defrost button once.
2. Set the desired defrosting time by turning the rotary knob accordingly. The
maximum defrost time is 95 minutes.
3. Press the Start / Quick start button to start the operation.
Please note
► The device will beep 3 times after 2/3 of the defrosting time and pauses the operation
so that you can stir or turn the food. Then press Start/Quick start to continue the
operation.
