Note: during dough kneading, some flour may stick to
the inner surface of the bowl (12). In this case, switch
the mixer off by setting the mode switch (3) to «0»,
unplug the power cord, open the lid (11), scrape the
flour from the inner surface of the bowl (12) with a
plastic spatula, close the lid (11), and continue kneading
the dough.
• After finishing work, set the mode switch (3) to «0»
and unplug the power cord.
• Hold the mixer handle (5), press and hold the locking
button (10), and remove the hand mixer by pulling it
upward.
• Holding the attachments (6) or whisks (7), press the
button (2) and detach the attachments.
Note: the attachments can only be disconnected if the
operating mode switch (3) is set to the «0» position.
• Remove the lid (8) by turning it towards the « »
symbol.
• Remove the bowl (12) and take out the ingredients.
• Perform a cleaning of the used attachments (6 or 7),
mixer bowl (12), and lid (8).
CLEANING AND CARE
• Switch the unit off and unplug the power cord from
the mains socket.
• Holding the attachments (6) or whisks (7), press the
respective attachment holes until they click.
• Both attachments should be securely fixed in the hand
mixer holes.
• Put the necessary ingredients into the bowl (12). If you
are using hot ingredients, ensure their temperature
does not exceed 60-70°C before placing them into the
bowl (12).
• Place the bowl (12) with the ingredients into the outer
bowl (13). The amount of ingredients placed in the bowl
(12) should not exceed 1.2 kg. The volume of liquid
ingredients should not exceed two liters.
• Fit the lid (8) onto the outer bowl (13), aligning the «▼»
mark on the lid (8) with the « » symbol on the outer
bowl (13). Turn the lid (8) towards the « » symbol and
ensure that the lid (8) is securely fixed.
• Remove the lid (9) from the hand mixer installation
area.
• Insert the hand mixer into the installation area until the
locking button (10) clicks.
• Plug the power cord into the mains socket.
• Switch the mixer on using the mode switch (3) and
select the desired attachment speed: «1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6».
• Press and hold down the «TURBO» button (4) to switch
the mixer on at maximum speed.
• Make sure that no hair or loose clothing gets caught in
the attachment rotation area (6 or 7) when the lid (11)
is open.
• Make sure that no foreign objects enter the bowl (12).
