A: Please restart the twins earbuds firstly, if still not
make it. Then please try to restore headset factory
settings, the steps follow:
When the twins earbuds are being charing. Hold down
the twins earbuds MFB for 3 seconds until you see the
twins earbuds led light flashing a hasty red&blue light.
Take out and boot on the both earbuds, and QUICK
double-click the MFB of Left & Right earbud
simultaneously, after 3-5 seconds just the Host Earbud
flashes red and blue light nonstop, the other one flashes
blue light, that is the «Vice Earbud».
After doing this, open the bluetooth of your device,
search and click the mode «l HB-522» to pair with your
phone.
