11.3 Sources of danger
11.3.1 Danger of burns
Warning
The food prepared in the device, the device and the
surfaces of the device can become very hot.
Please observe the following safety notices in order not to burn
yourself or others
► Do not touch hot surfaces.
► The temperature of the accessible surface can become very
hot when the device is operating. ► Do not touch the heating elements. Danger of burns! ► The upper side of the device is during and after use very
hot. Do not store any items on the device. ► Do not move or change the position of the device during
use. Danger of burns! ► Be carefull when handling hot food. ► Let the device cool down before assembling/deassembling
of parts and before cleaning. ► Keep children away from the device, as the surfaces of the
device become hot during use and remain hot for some time. ► Do not removed jammed slices of bread when the device is
in operation. Remove the plug and let it cool down first.
