To ensure precise weight measurement it is not recommended to weigh earlier than 2 hours after waking.
Step on the scale. Do not lean against anything, stand straight.
LIMITATIONS
The measuring of fat percentage and other measurements may be unreliable and inexact in the following cases:
For children younger than 10 years old
for professional sportsmen and bodybuilders;
for pregnant women;
for people with hyperthermia, at dialysis treatment, edema, osteoporosis;
for people taking cardiovascular pills (with cardio and vascular abnormalities)
for people taking vasohypotonic and vasohypertonic pills
GETTING STARTED
Insert type AAA batteries observing polarity into a special compartment at the bottom of the scale. Close the
compartment. The scale is ready to operate.

Input your personal data to get a precise measuring body fat percentage and other body measurements
The scale has a memory for 10 persons data which can be used by your family.
Connect the Internet using your smartphone(WI-FI, 3G or 4G are recommended)
Switch on Bluetooth function.
