Before using the electric storage water heater for the first time, we recommend you
read this manual carefully and follow its recommendations.
Pay attention to the importance of correctly filling out the warranty card by the trading organization!
The warranty period commences on the date of purchase of the water heater.
Examine the appearance of the product in the presence of the representative of the seller for
detection of mechanical damage (dents, scratches, etc.). Mechanical defects found at home cannot
be considered as warranty!
Do not install or switch on the product in fire-hazardous areas with aggressive, acidic media.
Do not connect the water heater to a network that is not connected to ground!
Especially important items are marked with the «Warning!»
This manual covers Thermex water heaters Model N 10 O, N 15 O. The full name of the model of the
water heater you purchased is indicated on the nameplate on the water heater case.

Intended use
The water heater (hereinafter EWH) is designed to provide hot water to household and industrial
facilities having a cold water supply main with the required parameters specified in the table «Main
technical specifications».
The EWH should be operated in closed heated rooms and is not intended for continuous flow
operation.
