Read the instruction manual and the separately enclosed
safety instructions very carefully before using this appliance.
Keep these documents, including the warranty certificate,
receipt and, if possible, the box with the inner packaging in
a safe place. If you pass the appliance on to a third party,
always include all the relevant documents.

Warnings for the Use of the Appliance
• Hot steam escapes from the steam holes and when
opening the cover! Open the cover with the handle so
that the steam can escape to the back.
• Avoid injuries from the egg piercing needle! There is a
needle on the underside of the measuring cup with which
you can pierce the eggs. Therefore, be careful when
using the measuring cup.

Unpacking the Appliance
• The appliance is suitable for the preparation of
- 1 – 8 boiled eggs;
- 1 – 3 poached eggs;
- 1 – 3 small omelets.
• The cooking time is determined by the amount of water
poured into the hob.
• Use the measuring cup included in the scope of delivery
to determine the amount of water.
1. Remove the appliance from its packaging.
2. Remove all packaging material, such as foils, filling
material, cable ties and cardboard packaging.
- For protection, a cover is fitted over the needle at
the bottom of the measuring cup. To avoid injury, we
recommend that you replace the cover after use.
3. Check the scope of delivery for completeness.
