Resetting the computer

) → All → Samsung Device Care.

1 Select the Start icon (

2 Select Factory reset and select Start factory reset.

Back up apps and personal data to an external storage device before performing the computer factory reset.

Using maintenance mode

) → All → Samsung Device Care.

1 Select the Start icon (

2 Select Maintenance mode → Turn on Maintenance mode and follow the on-screen

instructions. ‌The computer will enter maintenance mode.

Optimizing the memory

) → All → Samsung Device Care.

1 Select the Start icon (

2 Select Optimize memory.

‌Check the memory usage and clean up the unused memory.
