Back Cover Press
Appropriate tool for pressing depends on the parts repaired.
Using the roller
Keep your hands out of the roller.
• Be sure to swipe while the roller’s spring is pressed.
• As the back cover can be damaged by excessive force, be careful not to damage the back cover.
• Be sure to place the roller surface horizontally on the back cover.
If you have repaired a single back cover, or if you have disassembled and
assembled the back cover to repair the battery, you can use the bundled roller to
press the back cover further.
With the roller’s spring pressed, use the press roller to rub the edges of the back cover
5 times from bottom to top. Repeat this 5 times at all edges of the back cover so that the
back cover is pressed well.
