Candle type halogen lamp
• Remove the non-working lamp from its location as shown in Figure 10.
• Carefully remove the removed lamp from the hood.
• A lamp with the same specifications is installed in place of the removed
lamp.
• The lamp on/off switch is used to check whether the lamp is working or not.

8. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF THE HOOD
• Before maintenance and cleaning, the plug must be unplugged or the switch
must be turned down.
• The metal filter should be washed once a month in hot soapy water or, if pos-
sible, in the dishwasher (60°C).
• Remove the aluminium cassette filter by pressing the spring latches on the
end. Do not replace it without drying it after cleaning.
• The external surfaces of the exhaust fan should be wiped with a damp cloth
dampened with soapy water or alcohol.
• Make sure that the electronic parts do not come into contact with water or
similar substances.
• Using commercially available inox cleaners and maintenance products for inox
products will ensure a longer life for your product.
• Aluminum filters can be washed in a dishwasher. After several washes, the
color of the aluminum filters may change. This is normal and does not require
replacement of the filter.
