10. IF THE DEVICE DOES NOT WORK;
Before contacting the service, make sure that the plug is plugged into the
socket and that the electrical fuse in the installation is intact, do not take any
action that may damage the product.
Check the bulbs. (The bulbs must be intact.)
Check the lamp switch (the lamp switch must be in
the on position).
Check the motor switch. (The motor switch must be
in the on position.)
Check the electrical connection (mains voltage
must be 220-240 V, the hood must be connected to
an earthed socket).
Check the aluminium filter. (The aluminium cassette
filter should normally be washed once a month.)
Check the air outlet chimney. (The air outlet chimney
must be open.)
Check the carbon filter. (For those working with carbon
filter, the carbon filter should be changed every 3-5
months under normal conditions.)
