WARRANTY TERMS
Dear Customer! Please read the terms and conditions of warranty service.
1.The manufacturer provides a 12-month warranty for the mini oven and for built-in ovens, hobs, hoods the
warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase.
2. When applying for warranty repair to the service centre, it is necessary to present a fully completed
warranty card (with the serial number of the device, date of sale, clearly legible seal of the seller). If the
warranty card is not filled in, the consumer can apply for warranty repair only to the seller and/or
manufacturer of the product.
3. The seller (and/or manufacturer, authorised representative of the manufacturer) reserves the right to
refuse warranty obligations, if it is proved by the service department that defects of the goods occurred
after the goods were handed over to the consumer due to the consumer's violation of the rules of use,
transportation, storage, actions of third parties, force majeure (fire, catastrophe, etc.), ingress of household
insects and rodents, as well as due to significant violations of the technical requirements specified in the
operating instructions, including instability of the product.
4. This guarantee shall not prejudice the consumer's legal rights granted to him by the applicable laws of the
Russian Federation.
Pre-sale preparation was made in the presence of the buyer.
