GENERAL INSPECTION
Regularly inspect all fasteners and ensure they are properly tightened. Should any of the
screws be loose, retighten it immediately to avoid hazards.
If the replacement of the supply cord is necessary, this has to be done by the manufacturer
or his agent in order to avoid a safety hazard.

OPERATION
CLEANING
For safe operation always keep the machine and its ventilation slots clean.
Regularly check to see if any dust or foreign matter has entered the ventilation slots and the
grills around the switches. Use a soft brush and/or air jet to remove any accumulated dust.
Wear safety glasses to protect your eyes whilst cleaning.
Exterior plastic parts may be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.
Attaching the dust bag

Slide the Dust Bag onto the back of the Sander. Snap it in place using rm pressure.
•
The collection of the dust will only work if the sandpaper has holes that line up with
the 8 dust collection holes in the Backing Pad.
WARNING!
Never use alcohol, petrol or other cleaning agent. Never use caustic agents to
clean plastic parts. Water must never come into contact with the tool.
Attaching Sandpaper to the Backing pad
The Sanding Disc is attached by Hook and Loop to the Backing Pad. Place the Sanding
Disc on the Backing Pad lining up the 8 holes so that the dust can be collected into the
Dust Bag.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
To assure product safety and reliability, repairs, maintenance and adjustment (including
brush inspection and replacement) should be performed by authorised service centres
always using genuine replacement parts.

Brief activation
•
Switching on: press and hold switch 4.
•
Switching off: release switch 4.
Continuous use
•
Switching on: press ON/OFF switch 4 and lock it by button 1.
•
Switching off: press and release ON/OFF switch 4.
•
ADJUSTING THE CUTTING SPEED
The variable speed feature of this jigsaw enhances the сutting performance and saves the
blade from undue wear.
•
The variable speed control (5) is used to programme the speed of the blade. The speed
should be adapted to the material being cut.
•
To increase the speed turn the knob counterclockwise. To decrease the speed turn the
knob clockwise.
