10. REMOVING THE BATTERY
Battery should be removed from the appliance before its utilization
Unplug the appliance from mains socket and switch it off before removing the battery.
11. TROUBLESHOOTING
Malfunction
Possible reason

Hair may be stuck in
the shaving head
Clean the shaving head
(see chapter Cleaning’).
The appliance does
not work as well as
it should
The battery is empty
Recharge the device
You press the appliance
onto the skin too hard
Do not press the appliance onto
the skin too hard.
The appliance works,
but the result is
uneven
The shaving head is
not in full contact with
the skin
When you use the device, always
make sure it
is fully in contact with the skin.
Always move the appliance
against the direction
of hair growth. As not all hair grow
in the same
direction, this means that you
have to move the
appliance up, down and
sideways.
The appliance does
not work
The battery is empty
Recharge the device
Skin irritation appears after
shaving
The skin is not accustomed to the
new device
It takes approximately 2-3 weeks
for the skin to completely get
used to the new device
The device is not charging
Ambient temperature is not
correct
Do not charge the device at
temperatures below 0 oC or above
40 oC.
