YOU MUST RUN A WATER FLUSH BEFORE FIRST USE.
DO THIS ONLY ONCE.
WATER FILTER AND WATER FILTER HOUSING ARE
LOCATED IN THE WATER RESERVOIR

Align portafilter with orange dot on group head.
Fasten portafilter to align with lock arrow.

Remove end-cap from filter housing and
insert filter. Clip end-cap back onto filter
housing to secure filter in place.
Soak Water Filter for 5 minutes.
Remove end cap from filter
housing by pressing-in the two
tabs and pulling. Rinse end cap
and water filter for 60 seconds.

Select CLASSIC.
Press the Size Selection button to
adjust drink size to M+.

Set INSERT date 2 months ahead.
Install filter housing into reservoir.
Return water reservoir to machine.
Press Start Brew. This will take about 2 minutes. STEP 4: FILL WATER RESERVOIR & BEAN HOPPER
Place a 420ml or large cup under
the portafilter.

Fill reservoir to max line with water,
then place back on machine.
Fill the bean hopper with whole beans.
Remove reservoir.
When finished, the machine will beep
again, signifying the brew is complete.
Discard the water, then rinse and dry the
portafilter.
