4 indicators blink
simultaneously.
The indicators prompt for
descaling.
Simultaneously press and hold , , and
for 3 seconds to cancel the descaling prompt.
The heater is overheated.
Rotate the knob to the maximum position. Afer
the water pump draws water for about 10 seconds
to cool the heater, all indicators light up.
Rotate the steam knob to OFF position.
The steam knob is not rotated
to OFF.
The water tank is out of water.
Add pure water to the water tank.
Air enters the pipeline and the
water flow stops.
Make sure that the water tank has water and is
installed in place. Press to release an
appropriate amount of hot water before trying to
make coffee again.
The water tank is not fully
installed.
Push down the water tank to securely install it in
place.
The espresso machine
cannot make coffee, or the
flow rate is too slow.
The powder bowl is clogged.
Rinse the powder bowl with tap water, and use a
brush to clean the holes of the powder bowl.
The portafilter holder is clogged
with coffee grounds.
Clean the portafilter holder.
The coffee powder is too fine.
Try using coarser coffee powder.
The coffee powder is pressed too
tightly.
Try changing the density of coffee powder while
pressing it.
The amount of coffee powder is
too large.
Try reducing the amount of coffee powder in the
powder bowl appropriately.
Scale exists in a water pipeline.
Descale first and then try to make coffee again.
The coffee powder is too coarse.
Try using finer coffee powder.
Coffee flows out too fast
and tastes weak.
The amount of coffee powder is
too small.
Try increasing the amount of coffee powder in the
powder bowl appropriately.
The hole at the end of the steam
nozzle is clogged.
Remove the steam nozzle, and use a needle-shaped
object to remove any blockages from the hole.
The espresso machine
cannot release hot water
or steam.
The portafilter is not installed
correctly.
Install the portafilter correctly and fix it into the
right position.
Coffee drips from the edge
of the portafilter.
The portafilter is not tightened
completely due to excessive
coffee powder inside.
Remove the portafilter slowly, and clean the
portafilter holder with a clean towel. Reduce the
amount of coffee powder when you make coffee
again.
The coffee powder bowl is
clogged.
Rinse the powder bowl with tap water, and use a
brush to clean the holes of the powder bowl.
