12.45 Seek (70h)
The Seek command initiates a seek to the designated track and selects the designated head. The device need not
be formatted for a seek to execute properly.

This register specifies LBA address bits 0 – 7 for seek.
Cylinder High/Low
The cylinder number of the seek.
This register specifies LBA address bits 8 – 15 (Low), 16 – 23 (High) for seek.
H
The head number of the seek.
This register specifies LBA address bits 24 – 27 for seek.

This register contains current LBA bits 0 – 7.
