Note:
1) Pseudo uncorrectable sector (FEATURE = 55h) is processed like a flagged sector with the exception that
the device waits a predefined period of time before posting uncorrectable error. Time value is equivalent
to the amount of time for full step recovery.
2) As part of reading a pseudo uncorrectable logical sector (FEATURE = 55h), the device performs no error
logging.
