Press „Convection“ repeatedly or turn the rotary control to select the desired tem-
perature between 150° and 240°.

Press „Start/Quickstart“ to confi rm the temperature.

6.5 Grill mode and combination programms
The “Grill” operating mode is particularly suitable for gratinating food.
1.
Select the cooking programme „Grill” by pressing „Grill/Combi.“ once. “G-1” is dis-
played to indicate the grill function.

Press „Grill/Combi.” again or press or to select the desirect combination programme,
“G-1”, “C-1”, “C-2”, “C-3” or “C-4” is displayed.

Press „Start/Quickstart“ to confi rm.
4.
Turn the control dial to set the cooking time between 0:05 (5 seconds) and 95:00 (95
minutes). Press “Start/Quickstart” to start the cooking process.

When the end of the cooking time has been reached the system will sound fi ve
signal tones.
PLEASE NOTE
Half way through the grill time the buzzer will sound twice to request that you now
turn the goods in the grill. Open the door, turn the food over, and close the door
again. Press „Start/Quickstart“ to continue the grilling process.
ATTENTION: The appliance will not stop after sounding the buzzer.
6.6 Defrosting
PLEASE NOTE
Stop the appliance occasionally to remove any frozen food that has already defrosted.
If the frozen food is not completely defrosted after the estimated defrosting time,
reprogram the appliance in 1-minute increments until the desired result is achieved.
When using plastic freezer containers, the defrosting process should initially only
last until the frozen food can be removed from the container and placed in a micro-
wave-safe container. Then you can continue the process until the food is completely
defrosted.
