• The batery should be removed from the product before disposal.

• In case of a liquid leak, stop using the appliance, turn off the power, and contact the service center.
• Be aware that floors may be slippery after wet cleaning with your appliance.
• Do not leave the appliance unatended when plugged in. Unplug it from the power outlet when not in use and before
servicing.
• Use extra care when cleaning near stairs.
• Do not use your appliance without the dust bin and/or filters in place.
• Disconnect the batery pack from the appliance before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the
appliance. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the appliance accidentally.
• Have servicing performed by a qualified technician using only identical replacement parts to maintain product safety.

1.6 Detergent Safety
• Household detergent is safe when used and stored according to the instructions on the label. Always make sure that
you read and follow the directions carefully.
• Only use NARWAL designated detergent. The use of non-designated detergent may damage your appliance or even
cause fire and electric shock due to internal component damage.
• Rinse hands after use.
• Keep the detergent away from children.
• Keep the detergent away from eyes, if the product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Please refer to the outer box and botle of the detergent for more warnings.

1.4 Clean and Maintenance
• Do not carry out any cleaning and maintenance other than that shown in the user manual and the important safety
instructions.
• Unplug the charging station and power off your appliance before cleaning or maintaining.
• Do not wipe any part of the appliance with a wet cloth or any liquid.
• The side brush may get tangled by hair or fur during vacuuming. Clean the side brush after cleaning.
• Do not repair your appliance or batery pack except as indicated in the manual for use and care.
• Do not disassemble your appliance or modify the software in the appliance. Only authorized maintenance personnel
can access and replace faulty components.

1.7 Laser Safety
• The laser distance sensor of this product complies with the standards for Class I Laser Products in IEC 60825-1: 2014
and does not produce hazardous laser radiation.
2. Compliance Information
2.1 For USA and CA

2.1.1 FCC/IC Compliance Statement

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference,
and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation.

Important: Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could
void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of
the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to
radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to
correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
—Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
—Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
—Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

2.1.2 Maximum Permissive Exposure Statement
This product complies with FCC and ISED radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. It is
recommended that equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and
your body.

This device contains licence-exempt transmiter(s)/receiver(s) that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic
Development Canada’s licence-exempt RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause interference. (2) This device must accept any interference, including interference that may
cause undesired operation of the device.

1.5 Batery Safety
• The improper use of batery may result in fire or explosion. Do not heat, disassemble, break, destroy, or burn your
appliance or batery.
• Do not use unauthorized chargers. Use of authorized chargers could cause the batery to generate heat, smoke,
catch fire or explode.
• Only use specifically designated batery packs. Using any other batery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
• Do not use the batery pack that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified bateries may exhibit unpredictable
behavior resulting in fire, explosion, and risk of injury.
• Periodically inspect the batery pack for any signs of damage or leakage. Do not charge damaged or leaking batery
packs. Do not allow the liquid to come into contact with skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area
with large amount of water and seek medical help.
• Keep bateries out of the reach of children. Seek medical help immediately if a cell or a batery has been swallowed.
• Take care not to damage the power cord. Do not pull on or carry your appliance or charging station by the power cord,
use the power cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners.
• Do not unplug the charger by pulling on the cable. To unplug, grasp the charger, not the cable. The use of an extension
cable is not recommended.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons
in order to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance contains bateries that are only replaceable by skilled persons.
• This appliance Include a warning against recharging non-rechargeable bateries.

• Do not charge your appliance for a prolonged time to avoid damaging the batery.
• When the batery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, and
screws that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the batery terminals may cause burns or a
fire.
• Charge the appliance and the charging station to full capacity, then power them off and unplug the charging station
when not in use for extended periods. Ensure to recharge them at least once every three months to prevent the
batery from being over-discharged.
• Do not touch the power connector with wet hands.
• Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces.
• Keep the batery pack clean and dry. Wipe the cell/batery terminals with a clean dry cloth if they become dirty.
• Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the batery pack or the appliance outside the temperature range
