• Do not disassemble the appliance except as instructed to install or replace the batery or to perform required maintenance
as incorrect reassemble may result in an electric shock or fire.

SERVICING OF DOUBLE-INSULATED APPLIANCES:
• A double-insulated appliance is marked with the words "DOUBLE INSULATION" or "DOUBLE INSULATED".
• The symbol ( ) may also be marked on the appliance.
In a double-insulated appliance, two systems of insulation are provided instead of grounding.
No grounding means is provided on a double-insulated appliance, nor should a means for grounding be added
to the appliance.
Servicing of a double-insulated appliance requires extreme care and knowledge of the system, and should be
done only by a qualified service personnel.
Replacement parts for a double-insulated appliance must be identical to those parts in the appliance.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced phvsical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
1.1 General
• Do not leave appliance when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before servicing.
• WARNING – To Reduce The Risk Of Electric Shock – Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces or where contact with, or
immersion in, water is a possibility. Only use indoors in a dry location.
• The appliance is not waterproof. DO NOT spray or pour liquid on it. Do not submerge your appliance in water. In case
of liquid spills, dry it promptly.
• Do not allow it to be used as a toy. Close atention is necessary when used by or near children and pets. Children
should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Do not sit, stand, or place any object on the appliance. Do not allow children or pets to sit on the appliance.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Use only as described in the user manual and the important safety instructions. Use only manufacturer's
recommended atachments.
• Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left
outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
• Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do
not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
• Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
• Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
• Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything
that may reduce air flow.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
• Turn off all controls before unplugging.
• Do not use the appliance in any area where it can access a down stairway or balcony, etc. Do not use in high or narrow
spaces such as a shelf or stairs.
• Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
The batery might catch fire or explode.
• Only use for household cleaning. Do not use in commercial, or industrial environments.
• Do not operate the appliance in an area where there are open fireplaces, lit candles on candlesticks, tables, etc. that
appliance may accidentally hit or bump into.
• Do not place the appliance on or near a cooker or any other hot surface and do not incinerate this appliance even if it
is severely damaged. The batery might catch fire or explode.
• Do not use in explosive areas or places of static electricity leaks, such as a gas station.
• Do not operate or store your appliance in extremely hot or cold temperatures. The recommended operating temperature
range is from 0°C/32 °F to 35°C/95°F and the storage temperature range is from -20°C/-4°F to 70°C/158°F. Charge your
appliance at a temperature between 4°C/39°F and 40°C/104°F. Keep your appliance away from fire or places with
temperatures higher than 130°C/266°F to avoid any risk of explosion.
• Do not expose your appliance to direct sunlight.
• Do not use to pick up water.
• Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigaretes, matches, or hot ashes. The batery might catch
fire or explode.
• If the room to be cleaned contains a balcony, a physical barrier should be used to prevent access to the balcony and
ensure safe operation.
• Always keep the front side of your appliance facing upward for transporting, moving, operating, and component replacement.
Your appliance may be damaged if turned upside down.
• Do not apply any fragrance or scented product to the filter(s) of the appliance. The chemicals in such products are
known to be flammable and can cause the appliance to catch fire.
• Do not use to pick up sharp objects, such as glass fragments, pins, and small stones.
• Do not use for cleaning easily foaming liquids, such as laundry detergent, cleaning agents, urine.
• Use only NARWAL recommended accessories and replacement parts.
• Use only NARWAL charger, power adaptor and batery supplied with the product, other types of bateries may burst
1.2 Preparation
• Leave an open 180-degree space that covers at least 1. 0m/3ft in front of the charging station.
• Before using your appliance on hard floors, please test your appliance on a small section of the hard floors to ensure
that it is compatible. Using your appliance on a hard floor that is not compatible could result in damage to your floor.
• Before using your appliance on carpets or rugs, ensure that the carpets or rugs are compatible with vacuums using
bars or brushes. Using your appliance on carpets or rug that is not compatible could result in damage to your carpets
or rugs.
• Before using your appliance, pick up objects like clothing, loose papers, pull cords for blinds or curtains, power cords,
and any fragile objects. If your appliance passes over a cord and drags it, there is a chance an object could be pulled
down from a table or shelf. Ensure that no sharp objects, such as blades, scissors, or screwdrivers, are in areas to be
cleaned.
• Before using your appliance, remove burning candles and fragile items from the top of furniture because your appliance
may bump into furniture and knock the items down.
1.3 Operation
• Do not handle the plug or your appliance with wet hands.
• Operate your appliance on indoor flat floors without stairs or barriers higher than 15mm /0. 5″ in areas to be cleaned.
If there is a drop due to a step or stairs in areas to be cleaned, you should operate your appliance to ensure that it can
detect the step without falling over the edge, or set a No-Go Zone. Make sure the physical barrier is not a trip hazard.
• Be aware that the appliance moves on its own. Take care when walking in the area where the appliance is operating to
avoid stepping on it or tripping by it.
• Take care of toddlers, children, pets, the blind, and the elderly if they are near an operating appliance. Do not operate
the appliance in a room where an infant or child or pet is present and unatended.
• Ensure network access is functioning so that you can view the appliance's working status on your mobile App.
• Do not move the appliance while it is in operation because it will cause the appliance to be positioned incorrectly. If
you rearrange furniture like couches, end tables, and dining tables in your home after a map is created, your appliance
may restart mapping.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all body parts away from any openings and moving parts.
• If your appliance get blocked, please turn off the power and manually remove the obstacles.
• Do not put any objects into openings.
• Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce air flow.
• Do not touch the charging points on the appliance or the charging station with any object.
• Do not obscure any sensors or vision system.
