5. Place the iron horizontally above the sink, press and
hold the steam chamber cleaning button (13), the light
indicator of the button (13) will flash, you will hear short
sound signals and the sound of the pump operating.
• If you do not press the steam button (6) « » within 20
minutes, the steam station will automatically switch
off, switch the unit on by pressing the on/off button
(14) «
» and wait for the soleplate (5) to heat up.
STEAM CHAMBER CLEANING
6. The duration of cleaning the steam chamber is
about 2 minutes, after the completion of the descaling
process, the light indicator of the button (13) will stop
flashing, the sound signals will stop.
• Switch the unit off and unplug the power plug (10)
from the mains socket, wait until the iron cools down.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• To prolong the life of the steam station and maintain
good steam performance, use the automatic
descaling function once every 2 weeks.
• Use the automatic descaling function more often in
the regions with «hard» tap water.
• The steam station will remind you about descaling
with a sound signal and a glowing indicator on the
steam chamber descaling button (13).
1. Make sure that the power plug (10) is not inserted
into the mains socket.
2. Remove the water tank (2) and fill it with water up to
maximal level «MAX» and install the tank (2) back to
its place.
Note: do not pour vinegar or any other descaling agents
into the tank (2).
3. Set the temperature control knob (7) to the position
«SHOT».
• Before cleaning the steam station make sure that it is
switched off and the iron is cold and the power plug
is not connected to the mains socket.
• Wipe the steam station body (1) and the iron with a
slightly damp cloth, and then wipe them dry.
• You can remove the mineral deposit from the iron
soleplate (5) with a cloth soaked in table vinegar.
• Do not use abrasives or solvents to clean the steam
station body (1), the iron body and the soleplate (5).
• Avoid contact of the iron soleplate (5) with sharp
metal objects, as well as with metal buttons, zippers
etc.
• Do not immerse the steam station body (1), the iron,
the power cord and the power plug (10) into water or
any other liquids.
4. Connect the power plug (10) into a mains socket,
press the on/off button (14) «
», the iron will switch
on and the light indicator (12) will flash. When the iron
soleplate (5) reaches the set temperature, the indicator
(12) will glow constantly.
