Water filling:
•
Place the appliance horizontally on a flat, level and dry surface.
•
Open the safety valve of the water inlet and pour in the required amount of water. Use
the measuring cup supplied with the appliance to fill the water. Fill with water when
the appliance is switched off and disconnected from the power supply. The maximum
volume of water that can be added is 1.6 liters.
•
Close the filling opening with the safety valve.
Breakdowns related to operation without adding water to the tank will not be
covered by the warranty!
Operation:
1.
Plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
2.
Press the power switch - the flashing red light indicates preheating.
3.
The water will heat for 3-11 minutes (depending on how much water is in the tank) and
then be ready to steam (the blue light will come on).
4.
Point the nozzle (and any attached accessories) at the surface you want to steam.
5.
Press and hold the steam trigger for a continuous stream of steam.
6.
Slide the steam lock switch forward to lock the steam trigger. This will allow a
continuous stream of steam without having to hold the button down manually.
7.
Hold the nozzle approximately 3-5 cm from the surface you want to steam for at least 5
seconds.
8.
When mopping floors, it is recommended to vacuum them first.
9.
After finishing work, press the power switch to turn off the device, then unplug the
device from the socket.
Always ensure that the nozzle and any accessories are pointed in a safe direction
(away from yourself, other people, pets and plants) before pressing the steam button!
Do not touch the device with wet hands!
8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
After use, unplug the appliance.
•
Allow the appliance to cool down completely (at least 30 minutes for complete cooling).
•
Press and hold the steam button to release any remaining steam pressure.
•
Remove all attachments from the appliance.
•
Open the safety valve and pour out the water.
•
Use a dry cloth with a little water to wipe if there is dirt on the body.
•
After cleaning, store the appliance in a dry place, out of reach of sunlight.
Do not allow water to come into contact with the housing of the device!
Do not place the device in a room with high humidity, as this may cause a short
circuit!
