Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the appliance.
Save the instruction manual as you may require it in future.
This device should be used in domestic and similar conditions, in particular:
-for staff in kitchen areas, offices and other similar places;
- on agricultural farms;
- for clients in hotels, motels and other residential infrastructure;
- in private boarding houses.
THE UNIT IS FOR HOUSEHOLD USAGE ONLY
After unit transportation or storage at low temperature it is necessary to keep it for at least 4 hours at room temperature before switching on.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
· The device is not designed to be activated by an external timer or a remote control system.
· Read the manual carefully before use. Test the appliance and the cord regularly for damage. If there is damage of any kind, the appliance
should not be used.
· Before connecting the appliance to the mains make sure that voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds the mains voltage in your home.
· To avoid risk do not use the adapters when connecting the device to an electrical outlet.
· The device should not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities, or in the absence of experience
or knowledge, if they are not under control or instructed on the use of the device by the person responsible for their safety.
· Do not use the device if the cord or plug is damaged, or if the device itself is damaged or defective. Take it to a service center.
· The repair should only be carried out by an authorized service center. Do not repair the appliance yourself.
· To prevent electric shock, do not immerse the device body in water or other liquids. If it gets into the water, in no case touch the housing,
but immediately disconnect it from the power supply. Take it to a service center.
· Place the device on an even stable heat-resistant surface so that the access to the mains outlet is free.
· Use the device in places with good ventilation. In order to avoid ignition, do not place the device near curtains and do not cover it during operation.
· Do not use the device near gas cookers and heaters, do not put it on hot surfaces.
· Do not use the device in bathrooms and near water.
· Do not use the device close to the kitchen shells, do not expose it to moisture.
· Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or over hot surfaces.
· The surface of the heating plate remains hot after use.
· Unplug the device after use, as well as before cleaning. Allow the device to cool before moving, cleaning, or performing any other care.
· If you are not using the device, unplug it. When turning off the device, do not pull on the power cord; carefully unplug the plug from the outlet.
· Do not use the appliance for purposes not specified in the instructions. Do not use outdoors.
· The appliance is for domestic use only.
· Children should be controlled to prevent playing with the device. Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film.
The danger of suffocation!
· Do not leave the device unattended.
· Do not operate the device with wet hands.
· Do not use the accessories which are not supplied in the set.
· If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
· During operation, the body of the device becomes hot. Do not touch hot surfaces with bare hands. Use special gloves.
· Do not move the device until it has cooled completely.
· Be careful: when operating the device, the temperature of available surfaces may be high, do not touch hot surfaces. Do not contact the heating
plate of the device.
· Install the cookware on the hotplate to make the heated surface to be in maximum contact with working surface of hotplate.
STRICTLY FORBIDDEN:
- to use the hotplate to heat the room;
- to leave the working hotplate without supervision to avoid fire;
- to keep flammable substances near the hotplate;
- to install hotplate closer than 100 mm from the walls of the room;
- to put cookware weighing more than 10 kg on the hotplate;
- to check the heating of the hoplate by touching it by hands to avoid burns;
· Products may burn, so do not used hotplate near or under flammable materials, for example curtains.
OPERATION
· Before the first use the hotplate should be wiped with a damp cloth.
· Before switching it on check if the hotplate is installed in a place, convenient for use, providing its stability in horizontal position.
· Before connecting the hotplate to the mains, make sure that the mains voltage is correct and it is the same as indicated on the marking of
the device.
· At the first switch on, new heating elements burn out and can emit a specific smell and a small amount of smoke. This is not a sign of malfunction.
PREPARATION.
Plug the device into the mains outlet and turn the temperature regulator handle clockwise. Turning on the knob, the light indicator shows that
the electric heater is switched on at minimum power. Keep on rotating the knob for increasing the temperature to the necessary value. The
hotplate should be disconnected when the temperature regulator knob is returned to its original position, i.e. by turning the knob of the temperature
controller in reverse direction. The cord plug must then be disconnected from the mains. Note that the light indicator and electric heater are
automatically switched on and off in accordance with the specified operation mode.
