Rotation stabilizer (on-load stabilization of rotation)
maintains set rotation rate irrespective of press force
on the surface being polished - the uniform rotation
rate of the wheel ensures the best quality of polish
ing.

Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Using revolution adjustment switch 6, you may se
lect the required spindle speed (also during opera
tion).
The required speed is dependent on the material and
can be determined with practical trials.
When operating your power tool at a low speed for a
long time, it has to be cooled down for 3 minutes. To
do it, set a maximum speed and leave your power tool
to run idle.
Mounting / replacement of accessories
Recommendations on the power tool op
eration
After mounting accessories of any kind,
make a trial run before commencing op
eration - start the power tool and let it
work in idle mode for not less than 30
seconds. The operation of accessories with radial
or axial run-out and causing increased vibration of
the power tool is strictly forbidden.
•• It is strongly recommended to use liquid polishing
compounds. Never use abrasive or grinding com
pounds. Abrasive components may damage coated
surfaces.
Mounting of rubber plate (see fig. 1, 2)
•• Run the power tool idle for one minute before the
operation.
•• Regularly apply the polishing compound on the sur
face during polishing.
•• Press and hold spindle lock 3.
•• Screw rubber plate 1 on spindle 12 and tighten it by
wrench 9 (see fig. 1).
•• Put polishing bonnet 10 on rubber plate 1 (see fig. 2).
•• When applying the polishing compound on the pol
ishing accessory leave approximately one forth of the
working surface uncovered by the compound.
Mounting of rubber plate sticky (see fig. 3, 4)
•• The quality of polishing depends on proper selection
of the rotation speed, which is mainly determined by
the material being processed.
•• High speed is set when high quality of polishing is
not required.
•• Press and hold spindle lock 3.
•• Screw rubber plate 11 on spindle 12 and tighten it
manually (see fig. 3).
•• Press polishing accessory to rubber plate 11 (see fig. 4).
•• Use low speed to deliver the best quality of polishing
and to achieve high finish of the surface.
•• If the part being processed is heated up, stop opera
tion and let it cool down to avoid deformation.
Initial operating of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power sup
ply voltage must match the information quoted on the
power tool identification plate.
Power tool maintenance / preventive
measures
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
