The machine runs with variable speed between 0 and maximum depending
on the pressure applied to the on/off switch 9. Light pressure results in a
low rotational speed thus allowing smooth, controlled starts. Do not load
the machine so heavily that it comes to a standstill.

With the thumbwheel 8 the required speed can be selected (also while
running).
Press on/off switch 9 and retain with locking button 10.
Set the needed speed.
The required speed is dependent on the material and can be determined
with practical trials.

Operate the rotational direction change switch 7 only at a standstill.
With the rotational direction switch 7, the rotational direction of the
machine can be switched (when the on/off switch 9 is operated, the
rotational direction switch 7 is locked).

Make sure that in the vent, there is no dirt or dust.
When stubborn dirt vent use a soft cloth dampened with soapy water. Do
not use solvents such as benzene, alcohol, water-ammonia solution, and
the like, as they may damage the plastic parts of the tool
