9.7 Reset and reboot

9.7.1 Reset

If you are uncertain about why the internet is inaccessible through the mobile Wi-Fi or you forget
the login password of the mobile Wi-Fi, you can reset the mobile Wi-Fi.

Resetting the mobile Wi-Fi is not recommended unless you cannot find a solution for the current
problem anyway. You need to reconfigure the mobile Wi-Fi after it is reset.

Ensure that the power supply of the mobile Wi-Fi is normal when the mobile Wi-Fi is reset.
Otherwise the mobile Wi-Fi could be damaged.

Reset the mobile Wi-Fi using the reset button

Hold the reset button using a sharp object for about 6 seconds, and then release it when all LED
indicators light up once and then light off. When the LED indicators light again, the mobile Wi-Fi is
restored to factory settings successfully.

Reset the mobile Wi-Fi on the web UI

To access the configuration page, log in to the web UI of the mobile Wi-Fi, navigate to More >
Reset, and tap Reset.

Confirm the prompt information and wait for a moment until the reset finishes.
