USB 2.0 header
The USB 2.0 header allows you to connect a USB module for additional USB
2.0 ports. The USB 2.0 header provides data transfer speeds of up to 480 MB/s
connection speed.
Chapter 1
DO NOT connect a 1394 cable to the USB connectors. Doing so will damage the
motherboard!
The USB 2.0 module is purchased separately.

BMC switch
The BMC switch allows you to enable or disable the BMC.
•
When BMC_SW is set to disabled, please take note of the following:
- VGA port on the rear IO will be disabled, regardless of the status of VGA_SW.
- Fan control can be configured through Q-Fan in BIOS or through FaxXpert4 in
Armoury Crate when logged into the OS.
•
When BMC_SW is set to enabled, fan control can only be configured through the
BMC firmware Web UI.
