Building your PC system
The diagrams in this section are for reference only. The motherboard layout may vary with
models, but the installation steps are the same for all models.

Installing the CPU and heatsink

Ensure that you install the correct CPU designed for LGA4677 socket only. DO NOT
install a CPU designed for other sockets.
•
ASUS will not cover damages resulting from incorrect CPU installation/removal,
incorrect CPU orientation/placement, or other damages resulting from negligence by
the user.
Chapter 2
Keep the removed nuts in a
safe place to prevent them from
being misplaced or falling on
the motherboard. Failure to do
so may cause damages to your
motherboard.
