Quality Test
3 Tap Test all. The device performs a test on all items.
When the test is finished, you can check the test results.
• Tick mark: Working normally
• Exclamation mark: Needs further inspection
• The test proceeds automatically, but you may
need to follow the on-screen instructions
depending on the test item. Keep an eye on
the screen during testing to ensure smooth
progress.
• If the exclamation mark appears on any test
items after finishing the test, tap them to find
the solutions. If the problem persists, visit a
Samsung Service Centre.
