Timer may stop during water
intake
Timer indicator will not countdown until the
machine takes in adequate amount of water.
The machine will wait until there is sufficient
amount of water to avoid poor washing results
due to lack of water. Timer indicator will resume
countdown after this.
Programme time does
not countdown.
Timer may stop during
heating step.
Timer indicator will not countdown until the
machine reaches the selected temperature.
Timer may stop during
spinning step.
Automatic unbalanced load detection system
might be activated due to the unbalanced
distribution of the laundry in the drum.
Use recommended amount of detergent
Laundry remains
wet at the end of the
programme
Excessive foam might have
occurred and automatic foam
absorption system might
have been activated due to
too much detergent usage.
ATTENTION! Troubleshooting that is not spelled out in this manual can only
be carried out by a qualified specialist.
In case of malfunctions that are not specified in this manual, you should immediately
contact an authorized service center, specifying the type of problem and the model of
your washing machine. Only original spare parts can be used for repairs. Unqualified
repair removes the device from warranty service.
SELF-DIAGNOSIS
The washing machine has an internal diagnostic system, which, in caseof minor mal
functions associated with improper operation, helps to determine their causes.

1: Check whether the faucet is open;
2: Check whether the water pressure is too low or the water is
cut off;
3: Check whether the water inlet pipe is twisted;

The door is not closed
1: Check whether the door is closed properly;
2: Check whether the clothes are pressed by the door;

Washing motor failure
Please restart after power off, if it still occurs, please contact
maintenance.

Abnormal drainage
1: Clean the drain pipe filter;
2: Check whether the drain pipe is blocked;

Abnormal water level
After pressing the start button, it will automatically drain to the
washing water level and continue to run;
If any occurs, please contact maintenance.
