Door lock malfunction
The door is not closed in place, and the door lock does not work
normally. Close the door again, Press POWER button to turn off the
power supply, and then Press POWER button and then press the
START/PAUSE button to restart the program. Eliminate this fault
causes. If the fault code still exists, please contact the service center
for repair. If the fault code displays and cannot open the door, door
lock may be failure, please contact the service center for repair.

Motor failure
Switch off the appliance, wait until it has cooled down and switch it
on again after troubleshooting.

Abnormal
water drainage
Clean the pump filter.
Check whether the drain hose is bent, twisted or blocked? Eliminate
the above fault
causes. If the fault code still exists, please contact the service center
for repair.

Water overflow alarm
Switch off the appliance, close the water tap and disconnect the
appliance from the mains (unplug).
Please contact the aftersales service! These causes / measures
must be remedied or carried out by the aftersales service only!
Automatic reset after power failure or trouble- shooting.

Heating failure
Press the START/PAUSE button to suspend the appliance operation
and wait for several minutes. When the temperature in the drum
drops to a safe range and the fault code on the display is removed,
press the START/PAUSE button to continue the rest of the program.
If the fault code still exists, please contact the service center for
repair.

Failure of the
temperature sensor of
the heating
Switch off the appliance, close the water tap and disconnect the
appliance from the mains (unplug).
Please contact the aftersales service! These causes / measures
must be remedied or carried out by the aftersales service only!

UNBALANCE NO SPIN
Switch off the appliance, reload laundry, switch on the appliance
again and restart the programme.
ATTENTION! If the error persists, contact an authorized service center.
DISPOSAL
Before disposal, the washing machine should be completely unusable for safety
reasons. Remove the plug of the power cable from the wall outlet, cut the power
cable as close to the wall of the device as possible, and remove the door so
that children do not lock themselves or get an electric shock while playing. The
appliance cannot be disposed of together with ordinary household waste. To prevent
possible health and environmental hazards, the product must be disposed of as part
of an approved disposal process. In the future, you should act in accordance with local
regulations regarding the disposal of waste and garbage.
