6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The keyboard/mouse is not
working.
Solution
1. Check whether the batteries have been installed correctly. If
necessary, replace the batteries with new ones matching the polarity.
2. Pull out the USB receiver and insert it back, make sure that it
is not damaged.
3. We recommend that you address your nearest service center.
If none of the above methods can solve the problem, please seek professional advice at your
nearest service center. Never attempt to repair the product yourself.
