SELECTING THE CHARCOAL FILTER OPERATING MODE
This exhaust system has a choice of operating mode
with or without charcoal filter. Depending on the type of
programmer, the mode selection is as follows.
Attention: The carbon filter mode is only
available if the carbon filter is already inserted
in the appliance.
To select the mode of operation with charcoal filter:
• In speed off mode, press and hold the "Plus" button
for 5 seconds
• six short beeps are emitted
• The exhaust unit switches to activated charcoal filter
mode
To select the operating mode without charcoal filter:
• in speed off mode, press and hold the "Minus" button
for 5 seconds
• one long acoustic signal is emitted
• The exhaust unit switches to operation mode without
carbon filter
In case the mode of operation with charcoal filter is
activated, it does not change when the unit is switched
off and on. If the appliance is unplugged, the default
operating mode without charcoal filter is activated.
To select the mode of operation with charcoal filter:
• In speed off mode, press and hold the "III" button for
5 seconds
• six short beeps are emitted
• The exhaust unit switches to activated charcoal filter
mode
To select the operating mode without charcoal filter:
• in speed off mode, press and hold the "I" button for 5
seconds
• one long acoustic signal is emitted
• The exhaust unit switches to operation mode without
carbon filter
In case the mode of operation with charcoal filter is
activated, it does not change when the unit is switched
off and on. If the appliance is unplugged, the default
operating mode without charcoal filter is activated.
