Samsung Device Care

You can back up and restore your computer's data or perform a factory data reset. You
can also check and clean up your computer's storage or memory, and update apps and
drivers on your computer.

Protect your privacy by turning on maintenance mode when you send your computer for repairs.

Backing up and restoring data

) → All → Samsung Device Care.

1 Select the Start icon (

2 Select Backup and restore → Back up now.

‌To restore your computer, select Restore of the backup image you want to restore.

Back up important data regularly before the computer has a problem.

Managing the storage

2 Select Storage.

3 Check the status of the used and available storage.

‌To delete files that you do not use anymore, select a category, select an item, and then select Delete.

Updating apps and drivers

) → All → Samsung Device Care.

2 Select Updates.

‌Update apps and drivers regularly to keep your computer running smoothly and maintain its performance.

• To check for available updates, the computer must be connected to the internet.

• Only apps that have been installed with this app can be updated.
