Windows recovery feature
Reinstall Windows using the recovery feature of Windows.
Reinstalling Windows will erase all data saved on the computer. Back up apps and personal data to an external storage device before reinstalling Windows.

2 Select Reset PC.
3 Select Keep my files or Remove everything.
After the system is recovered, select the Start icon (

What is a Recovery Area?

and it includes a recovery image comprised of the operating system and apps.
