GAS STOVE
• It is not recommended to install the appliance near refrigerators or freezers, in order to
reduce their performance.
• The buyer is responsible for installing the appliance. Assistance provided by the manufacturer
due to incorrect installation is not included in the warranty.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE PLATE LEGS
The adjustable legs ensure a balanced and stable position of the board on the base. With
the feet you can also adjust the height of the board.
GAS CONNECTION
The appliance must be connected to a gas source or cylinder in accordance with the
specifications of current standards and configured for the appropriate type of available gas.
The appliance is configured to work with natural gas. If the type of gas available does not match
the type for which the appliance is installed, replace the appropriate burner jets (included) with
a suitable one for the gas used by contacting the nearest specialist company.
ATTENTION! Only a qualified specialist should install and connect the stove to the gas
source, as well as replace the burnes jets!

For safe installation and operation, make sure
that the gas supply pressure corresponds to the
values given in the «Table of injectors and gas flow».
If the appliance is supplied with liquefied balloon
gas, make sure that the cylinder pressure regulator
meets current local standards.
• Connection to the gas system is made by
means of a flexible metal pipe (copper or steel)
or a flexible stainless-steel pipe (UNI-EN14800)
without exposing the appliance to load.
• The gas supply pipe to the appliance is equipped
with a nut, which is connected to the crankshaft
fitting (included, 1/2 thread), which is rotated
based on the installation needs.
• A rigid or flexible metal supply pipe (max. length
2 m) is connected to the opposite side of the
crankshaft fitting.
• Install sealing gaskets (included) at both ends of the crankshaft fitting, in accordance with
current regulations. If these parts are removed and re-installed, be sure to replace the
gaskets with new ones.
ATTENTION! The gas hose must not pass through the heated areas and come into
contact with them on the back side of the stove.
ATTENTION! after installation is complete, make sure that the gas hose is not crushed or
damaged by moving parts, and that the gaskets are tight. use soap solution instead of flame!
