Milk spray out the table
Milk dispensing tube is not put
in place

Milk foam spray out from dis­
penser

Decaling process is not com­
pleted

Descaling indicator keep flash­
ing even after the descaling
process

Please be patient and wait for
the process finish. The ma­
chine will auto shut off auto­
matically , don’t switch off the
machine manually

The appliance no longer per­
forms the rinsing cycle when
switched on or off.

Improper handling when ser­
vicing the appliance may be
the cause.

1. When the appliance is on,
remove the coffee group ac­
cess door.
2. Press and hold the on/off
button until you hear 2 beeps.
3. Replace the coffee group ac­
cess door.
