Air Compressor
compressed air in the area from the cyl
inder to the switch can be released (de
pending on the model) through the safety
valve located under the switch. This helps
to reduce the load on the motor during the
next start.
►Do not start up the compressor immedi
–
Turn off the compressor
–
Reduce the pressure in the receiver by us
ing the safety valve
–
Put a condensate collection container un
der the cream valve
–
Open the valve tap and drain the conden
sate
–
Close the faucet
Dispose of the collected condensate ac
cording to environmental regulations.
►Regularly (depending on the air pollution in
ately after it has been turned off. First,
wait for the complete pressure drop in
the area up to the switch (if this func
tion is implemented).
To stop the product at the end of work, as well
as when leaving it unattended for a long time,
turn it off as follows:
►Move the switch to position OFF Drown
the button);
►Wait for the air to bleed from the safety
the working room, but not less than every
100 hours of operation) check the condi
tion of the air filter. If necessary, rinse in
water or replace it. Remember: a dirty filter
leads to a decrease in the efficiency of the
compressor, its overload, overheating and
premature wear of its components.
►After the first 5 hours of operation of the
product, check the tightening of the bolts
and screws. Tighten the bolts if necessary.
►Every time before turning on the product,
valve under the switch (if this function
is implemented. After switching off, you
should hear a short - about 0.5 s - hiss of
the bleed air);
►Remove the plug from the socket;
►Pull on the safety valve ring to bleed all the
compressed air (in the absence of an auto
bleed function and to ensure safety).
Maintenance and Service
Maintenance and Cleaning
check the operability of the safety valve –
the valve spool may lose mobility due to
accumulated dirt or “sticking”. To do this,
pull the ring of the safety valve and make
sure that the spool moves freely.
►Clean all exterior surfaces daily from dust
►Pull the plug out of the socket before
carrying out any work on the power
tool.
►To ensure safe and efficient operation,
and dirt to improve cooling. Only cotton
and linen rags should be used as a clean
ing material.
►Replace the oil after the first 10 hours of

ventilation slots clean.
►Check the belt tension regularly (be
operation. In the future, replace the oil ev
ery 500 hours.
For oil change:
–
Prepare a container for receiving waste oil;
–
Install the product on a horizontal surface;
–
Place the prepared container under the oil
drain hole;
–
Unscrew the plug under the oil level indi
cator;
–
Let the oil drain completely;
Note! We recommend that when draining, tilt
the product by lifting the back part.
fore each use) according to the section
Preparation for work. In case of tension
loosening, release the bolts securing
the electric motor and move it to ensure
the required belt tension.
Remember: insufficient tension leads to a de
crease in product performance, and excessive
tension leads to premature wear of the drive
elements.
Note! Before fixing the motor after adjust
ment, ensure that the belt drive pulleys are in
the same plane.
►When the compressor is running, conden
sate accumulates in the cylinder (since
water vapor is always present in the air).
Drain the condensate from the cylinder
regularly (at least once a week if you use
the product daily). This will help to avoid
corrosion of the cylinder and extend the
life of the product.
For condensate drain:
–
Screw the plug back tightly;
–
Fill the crankcase with new oil in accor
dance with the section Preparation for
work.
Check the oil condition regularly. If you
notice that the color of the oil has changed
(a whitish shade indicates the presence of
water; darkening of the oil means it is over
heating) – immediately replace the oil.
Never mix different brands of oils.
