Insert the auger into the meat grinder loading neck with the long end inside.

First put the knife (with the flat side out) on the auger, and then the grid so that its
projection enter the grooves on the meat grinder neck, and the cutting edges of the
knife fit tightly against its plane, otherwise the meat will not be ground.

Tighten (without overtightening) the ring nut.

Install the food tray on the meat grinder loading neck.

Place the meat grinder on a flat surface.

Do not block the ventilation holes on the bottom of the meat grinder body.

The device is ready for use.

PROCESSING MEAT

Cut the meat into pieces of such a size that they easily pass through the loading neck.

Connect the meat grinder to the power supply and press the ON/OFF button.

Place the meat on the tray and feed it into the meat grinder little by little with the
pusher.

After finishing work, turn off the meat grinder by pressing the ON/OFF button and
disconnect it from the power supply.

MAKING KEBBE
Kebbe is a traditional Middle Eastern dish. It is usually made from lamb and wheat
groats, which are ground into a homogeneous mince. The mince is formed into
hollow tubes, filled with coarser mince and spices, and fried in oil.

Insert the auger into the feeding neck of the meat grinder with the long end and turn
it until it fits into place.

Put the kebbe attachment separator onto the auger so that its projections enter the
grooves on the neck of the meat grinder, then put on the kebbe attachment.

Tighten (do not overtighten) the ring nut.

Pass the pre-prepared mince through the kebbe attachment.

Cut the resulting hollow tube into pieces of the desired length.

Fill the tubes with filling and seal their ends.

Fry the kebbe in oil.

MAKING SAUSAGES

Insert the auger into the grinder feed tube with the long end facing inwards and turn
it until it snaps into place.

Place the sausage separator on the auger so that its protrusions fit into the grooves
on the neck of the meat grinder.

Place the sausage attachment onto the feed tube.

Tighten (do not overtighten) the ring nut.

Soak the sausage casing in warm water for 10 minutes, then place the damp casing
onto the sausage maker attachment.

Place the minced meat into the tray. Fill the casing by gently pushing the meat into
the tube with the pusher.

If the casing sticks to the attachment, moisten it with water.

ATTACHMENTS FOR GRATER AND SLICER
These attachments are used for grating and shredding vegetables and fruits:

Hold down the button of the removable unit lock on the body of the meat grinder.

Insert the loading neck for the vegetable cutter into the socket with the slope of the
neck bell on the right side of the lock.

Secure it by turning it counterclockwise until it clicks.

Place one of the attachments in the drum of the loading neck.
