Feed the products into the loading neck with the pusher for the vegetable cutter.
REVERSE MODE
•
If the meat grinder is clogged, turn it off by pressing the ON/OFF button, wait until
the motor stops completely and, without disconnecting it from the power supply,
press and hold the REV button.
•
The auger will start rotating in the opposite direction and push out the stuck products.
•
If this does not help, disconnect the meat grinder from the power supply, disassemble
and clean it.
NOTE: After the meat grinder has finished working, it is recommended to take a
break of at least 5 seconds before turning on the reverse function.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
DISASSEMBLING
•
Switch off the appliance and make sure that the motor has stopped completely.
•
Unplug the appliance.
•
Disassemble by reversing the assembling steps.
•
The loading neck is removed by holding the locking button and turning the neck
bell clockwise.
CLEANING
•
Remove any food residue.
•
Wash all parts that have come into contact with food with warm water and detergent.
•
Do not use abrasive or chlorine-containing substances or organic solvents.
•
Do not immerse the motor housing in water. Wipe it with a damp cloth.
•
Do not wash the metal parts of the meat grinder in the dishwasher!
•
Do not use hot water above 50°C to wash the metal parts of the meat grinder, as this
will accelerate their oxidation.
•
After washing, wipe the metal parts with a dry cloth.
•
If the meat grinder will not be used for a long time, wipe all its metal parts with a cloth
soaked in vegetable oil.
STORAGE
•
Switch off and unplug the appliance; let it entirely cool.
•
Complete all requirements of Chapter CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE.
•
Reel on the power cord.
•
Keep the appliance in a dry cool place.
The symbol on the unit, packing materials and/or documentations means used
electrical and electronic units should not be toss in the garbage with ordinary
household garbage. These units should be pass to special receiving point.
